亿光在美诉讼普瑞，普瑞发布专利声明：TB SPORTS

日前有友商针对普瑞光电专利公布误导性信息。现在公司作出如下声明：BridgeluxRespondsToEverlightLawsuitTargeting2835SMDProductsBridgeluxissuesastatementregardingEverlightlawsuitfiledonJune10，2017againstBridgeluxFREMONT，Calif．，June14，2017－Bridgelux2835surfacemountdevice（SMD）productsincorporatecutting－edgetechnologytodeliverunsurpassedperformanceatcompetitiveprices．Bridgelux＇stechnologyresultsfromyearsofadvancedresearchanddevelopment，andisprotectedbyBridgelux＇sintellectualproperty，whichcurrentlyincludesapatentportfolioofmorethan300worldwidepatentsthatextendacrosstheexpanseoflightemittingdiode（LED）technologies，fromchipstoluminairesolutions．普瑞SMD2835系列产品使用前端技术，向客户获取高性价比的产品。普瑞技术源自多年的先进设备研究和研发，受到普瑞知识产权的维护。

目前，普瑞的知识产权在全球有300余件专利布局，涵括了从芯片到灯光解决方案的LED技术上下游的专利。OnJune10，2017，EverlightElectronicsCo．，Ltd．filedalawsuitagainstBridgeluxintheUnitedStatesDistrictCourt（NorthernDistrictofCalifornia－SanFranciscoDivision）．ThelawsuitallegesthattheBridgelux2835packagedLEDsinfringeU．S．Patent6，335，548and7，253，448．ThescopeofthelawsuitislimitedonlytosuchproductsintheUnitedStatesanddoesnotcoveranyjurisdictionsoutsideoftheUnitedStates．亿光电子于2017年6月10日在美国北加州区法院对普瑞驳回的诉讼事宜。亿光电子在诉讼中主张普瑞SMD2835系列PCB产品侵害US6，335，548与US7，253，448两件美国专利。

该诉讼案件的产品范围仅限于美国境内的产品，并不涉及美国司法管辖权以外的地区。BridgeluxbelievesthatEverlight’sinfringementclaimsareentirelywithoutmeritandintendstovigorouslydefenditselfagainsttheseclaims．＂Ashistorydemonstrates，BridgeluxrespectstheintellectualpropertyrightsofothersandwillnotbeintimidatedbythemisuseoflitigationfromthoseseekinganunfairadvantageorseekingtolimittheadvantageBridgeluxhasearnedfromourtechnologyinvestments，＂saidTimLester，CEOofBridgelux．普瑞坚信亿光的专利侵权行为主张几乎缺少依据，我们不会对亿光电子的主张展开强有力的申辩。

普瑞执行长TimLester回应“自普瑞成立以来，我们仍然以来皆认同他人知识产权；面临为提供不公平优势者或为企图容许普瑞从其技术投资获得的优势者欺诈诉讼之不道德，我们会惧怕。”BridgeluxbelievesthislawsuitistheresultofthesuccessoftheBridgelux2835SMDproductsinthemarketandEverlight’sinabilitytocompetewithacompetitiveoffering．BecauseBridgelux’spatentportfoliocoversmanycoreLEDtechnologies，Bridgeluxintendstoemployitsownpatentportfoliotoprotectitsrights．普瑞坚信本诉讼起因普瑞SMD2835系列产品在市场上的顺利以及亿光电子无法在市场上获取竞争产品。

普瑞的专利人组涵括许多LED核心技术，我们将利用自有专利人组保卫我们的权利。
